Best Practices Enterprise™ Planning Offering
Best Practices Enterprise JumpStart™
How to launch a Best Practices program
Based on Jim Kerr's latest book, The Best Practices Enterprise: A Guide to Achieving Sustainable World-Class Performance (J. Ross Publishing, 2006), this intensive, best practice planning program is intended to help organizations identify and take the steps needed to become a Best Practices Enterprise™. It employs the Best Practices Enterprise Group's proprietary BPE Methodology™, featuring an 85 point BPE Checklist™, that leads client personnel in the creation of a BPE Action Plan™.
The BPE Action Plan™ is comprised of:
- A prioritized list of the projects and programs for implementing the Best Practices Program;
- A timeline for execution of the projects and programs identified;
- First-cut Project Plans for the highest priority initiatives, and;
- An enterprise-specific BPE Administration Program Recommendation for how to maintain and manage the BPE Action Plan™.
Unlike other service offerings, this program uses information provided by participants to create a custom-built Best Practices Program for our clients.
